They're struggling to keep help. The staff they have works hard but they need more reliable help. The quality of food needs to improve. It still tastes good bit it's sloppy and inconsistent. I don't want to post photos because they're trying really hard and I believe things will improve soon. nice people too! Edit- I want to say that this review is truthful but positive. I go there every couple of weeks as my husband loves Arby's. I know things will improve, I see them training and working hard everytime I am in. No matter how overwhelmed they may appear they're always kind and gracious. That means alot to me, I'll keep supporting their progress. Thanks to those hard working folks that show up and show out! They get it done. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Food was great , but staff is terrible, As you can see with all the most recent reviews. Now they have closed the lobby for the last few months, so you can’t even eat inside. If they just got decent people working there and reopened the inside so you can dine in it would be five stars. Sad to see what used to be a great place to go eat just fall apart. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went thru the drive thru at 2:40pm on Feb 26th. Dude running drive thru literally "what do you want" me for my order. No Hi, hello, nothing after setting at the speaker box for 10 mins. Wild work at this Arbys. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
