We’re sorry to hear your visit missed the mark with portion size, missing items, and the condition of the dining area, J. We pride ourselves on a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This is not the quality or cleanliness we aim to deliver, and we understand how frustrating and off-putting that is. We appreciate you sharing this so it can be addressed with the team and improved moving forward.
