Driving all the way back for a missing item only to be denied hot replacements for the rest of your family's meal is incredibly frustrating, and we are deeply sorry, Beau. We expect our teams to own their mistakes and handle order corrections with elite hospitality. We are delivering your feedback directly to the appropriate team so they can address team training, customer service policies, and ensure our standards are upheld.
