Lila the employee was on her phone texting when I called her twice for my milk shake she was supposed to serve me. Apparently texting while working is more important than servicing the customers. She should be fired. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Watching an employee ignore you to text on her phone while you are actively waiting for your milkshake is completely unacceptable, Jose. Our guests should always have our team’s full attention, and scrolling through a phone is never more important than providing fast, friendly service. We are taking this straight to store leadership so they can address Lila’s unprofessional behavior and ensure the staff stays fully focused on the counter.

Really disappointed! I JUST had food delivered from here. I was charged for 5 cups of cheese on the side for dipping yet zero cups of cheese showed up. When I reached out they were nice enough to refund me $15 which was $12.50 for the cost of the cheese plus an additional $2.50 for my trouble. This was a problem because OBVIOUSLY I ordered the cheese for my food because thats what I needed to enjoy my food THE WAY I LIKE IT. I would have rather them bring me the cheese that I ordered then to give me $2.50 for making me not enjoy my food. I probably won't be using them again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $80–90 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

My friend brought me along because they had a BOGO reward in the app, and I was deeply impressed by the smokehouse brisket and loaded Italian sandwiches! Absolutely delicious. The brisket was wonderfully soft and tender, not dry or overdone, and the bread on both was pillowy and flavorful, reminiscent of Hawaiian rolls. I normally don't even like deli meat sandwiches, but the loaded Italian has converted me. I especially enjoyed the garlic aioli sauce. Both sandwiches are generously filled with meat. I can see why Arby's meats are regarded so well. I also tried their white cheddar mac n cheese, which was creamy with lots of cheese sauce. It did have a slightly artificial aftertaste, but still better than any other fast food mac n cheese I've had. The staff were very friendly and our food was prepared quickly. The area was clean and very nice to sit in because of the floor-to-ceiling windows letting in all the afternoon sun. I appreciated the clean, orderly condiments stations and how the interior was decorated with warm colors. It looked a bit like an old-style diner. Sandwiches tasted much better than I'd expect for fast food. My only complaint was the fact that while there were taps for various soft drinks, lemonade, and ice, there was no tap for plain old water. I'd recommend bringing your own water bottle.
