Unfortunately, they were out of roast beef :( Isn't that there specialty? I settled for the ham melt, meh. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We completely understand the disappointment, Carrie, because running out of our legendary roast beef is definitely not standard for us. We hate that the ham melt didn't hit the absolute spot for you. Next time, we promise to have the meats loaded up and ready to roll!

So I went to arbys today to get some onion rings or french fries from arby's cause.I like them.I sat at there drive through intercom.for 6 minutes, there was no acknowledgment, no nothing that I was there.So I got curious and I called thinking maybe they don't open until twelve.This was at eleven forty eight.I called the restaurant nobody answered the phone period. So I proceeded to do more research, and I called the trucking place loves young lady answered the phone very polite.Very nice.I asked her is arby's open today and she said, yes.I said, do they open at twelve?And she said, no.And I said, well, i've been sitting at your drive through for 6 minutes, with no acknowledgment.I will move on.She says, I can get somebody over there.I said, don't worry about it, honey, i'm going to your competitor who's much better.There was nobody inside that lobby at all.And they were open and they didn't answer.This is why they're losing business.Get somebody in there that knows their job.And gives a hoot. So this being said, I can't rate on the food or the service.When you don't get any. But on service, it is horrible.You need to think of who you have run in this store Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
