Pulled up at 9pm, Waited for a long time in drive thru and no answer at all. Absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully Mequon has many other great places to eat. This Arby’s won’t be here in a few years I can tell you that if this is the way they are. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So while I had a pretty rough experience here some months back, I decided to try it again 2 times in the last week or two and received very nice customer service both times. And the dining room was much more tidy. I'm glad if customer service still matters, and we were heard. Thank you Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I just went through the drive through after a long day of work and traveling and no complaints. The food was fresh and still hot when I made it back to the hotel room, my only comment would be the drive through attendant certainly did not look like they were having a great night but we all have those days so all I can say is I hope it got better! Would visit again if I had the Arby's craving. Update 1/6/2026 I went back to change my normal rotation. Service as far as ordering was good person was nice that part was all fine. What was not fine was whoever put the au jus sauce in the bag put it on the side and it completely leaked out on my way back to the hotel... If I wasn't lucky to have had a plastic Kwik Trip bag laying on the seat the front seat would have been soaked.. The French Dip was still good, au jus and chicken was ok I guess, half the fries were soggy. I guess note to self make sure to check that in the future before driving off. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
