I use to love this Arby’s especially because Ruth and her great attitude but idk what’s happened in the last two months or so but I went threw drive threw a few weaks ago orderd a box and a meal told the employee Erin at the window I’d like extra sauce she informed me she had sauce in the bags and would not put more In even tho I offered to pay for extras that disappointed me because I had to come in and get the extra sauce from a manager and regular employee who had no problem with it . I came back two weeks ago ordered a shake with no whip cream because it makes my granddaughter sick I was told by the same employee Erin that I had ordered the shake and there was no way she could remove it she actually handed me the shake with whip cream on it and told me have a nice day she then proceeded to close the window turn around and pull her phone out that was the last straw . I will no longer give any of my money to Arby’s especially when you have employees who are making boss decisions. If I could do 0 stars I would Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

This is so sad. I went to the drive thru and the service was great. However the food was awful. My curly fries were old and cold and unable to eat. Because they were so burnt. My French Dip was old and greasy. The bun was hard. The real thing that's unacceptable is. I just paid $14.00 That ruined the customer service for me. You have to care for your customers as if it was your food. But this Definitely showed me. They didn't Care at all. It was a Sunday afternoon and it was not busy at all. I guess I know why. Something has changed because I went there before and the food was hot and fresh. Very disappointed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great drive-thru service doesn't mean a thing if the kitchen serves up burnt fries and a rock-hard French Dip on a slow Sunday. Dropping fourteen bucks on an inedible meal is completely unacceptable, Sandra, especially when you know how good our food can be. We'll refer this to the appropriate team so we can get our culinary execution back to standard.

Once in a while, we will treat ourselves to some Arby's. Food is always hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly. I've only had a couple of times where something was missing, and they made it right immediately. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
