Absolute terrible service with the manager at the Naperville location. The app does not say there any exclusions to a discount, but according to him, it cannot be applied with boxes (I have used the code online and it worked with the same items, I have photo proof). He will not honor a discount code that has been honored 3 times before (one time at this exact location). His attitude was "I'm right, you're wrong" from the moment we walked in and told him the bathrooms were out of paper towels. Definitely won't be visiting this location again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just had a bad experience at this location. I ordered two sandwiches. There was a deal on the app for a BOGO. Junior asked me for the code. I read it to him. He asks me for the code a second time and then tells me it's not working. I said "why don't you just look at it on my phone?" I was just trying to make it easier for him. He tells me "Don't tell me what to do." I told him it was a suggestion, not an order. He then said I gave him the wrong code. Ummm...I don't think I got it wrong twice in a row when I was reading it off my phone. These kids don't know the first thing about customer service. Price per person: $10–20

That kind of attitude at the register is completely unacceptable, Ruben. We take serious pride in our Meatcraft, but that has to be backed up by respectful, common-sense service. We are addressing this directly with the team at this location to make sure our guests are never treated with that kind of disrespect again.

Don't waste your money on the beef brisket sandwich. It was disgusting, like 60% fat, very little brisket, for almost $10. If it isn"t supposed to be like that, the preparer should know better than to serve that. Never been so disappointed by Arby's. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
