Employees are nice and polite, but it's like 100 degrees inside this store. The owner won't fix or install AC?? Customers and employees alike will continue to suffer. How is this not an OSHA issue during the heat wave? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Miss Melissa, the manager, there is amazing. She took extra time to make sure not only was the situation taken care of, but above and beyond. I don’t need to go into details as it was personal, but I just wanna give a special thank you to her and say how wonderful the food was today and thank you again for just being a kind human. Sometimes people just need someone to listen to them for a minute. I may have overreacted she accepted my apology. Everything was resolved, and I felt respected and appreciated as a customer. Thank you for just treating me like a person. I will be back it just for the customer service. Riley loved the extra roast beef. Just don’t tell his vet!! I went through the drive-thru today and had an excellent experience thanks to Devante. He was kind, articulate, professional and quick. He was extremely friendly and made sure I had extra napkins and sauces. I will 100% recommend this location and hope Arby's recognizes Devante as an asset! Food: 5 Service: 5
