I want go thank the staff who extended kindness to an elderly customer. Though he couldn't find his coupon the staff honored a reduced price offer. This customer of limited means views a meal at Arbys as a special treat. You made his day! Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Last time I was here I had to leave because the drive through service was so slow. Now im here trying again, waited for over 40 minutes in the drive through. By the time the person in front of me got to the window, they alone had to wait 20 minutes just at the window! Ridiculously slow. Once I got my food, it wasnt correct. Also, the person in front of me couldnt hear the speaker because it was extremely low(I noticed this last time as well), and the speaker didnt repeat themselves after announcing one time they could take their order. So we are sitting in line for probably 10 of those 40 minutes just waiting on the speaker to repeat themselves so the person knew they could order. I would imagine this is why the line stays so short, while whataburgers and mcdonalds line nearby are long and steadily moving. Just terrible service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
