I recently had an encounter with this location, which has put me off from wanting to order there again anytime soon, possibly indefinitely. I ordered through the app, well before they were supposed to close, and when I got there a few minutes later, the store was closed, lights were off, and no one was there. I tried to cancel my order through the app, but there's no option for it. I called and left a message, asking for someone to call me back, and provide a refund. I was not called back the next day, so I had to call, myself. The manager I spoke with was not very helpful or knowledgeable, and also did not have any empathy for my situation. She kept telling me that she couldn't refund my order, and said that I had to "play around with the app," to get my refund, when everything I could find said that I needed to talk to the store directly, and that it couldn't be refunded through the app. She then said that she was texting her boss, to get an answer, but when I asked her to call me back to provide that answer, she said she "didn't have time for that," and asked me to call back later, to get the information, calling me "babe" as she explained it. I found this all to be incredibly unprofessional, poor customer service, and infuriating; only making the negative situation worse. I asked her to have her boss reach out to me, and she said they couldn't. Luckily, her boss texted her back while she continued to explain what she COULDN'T do for me, and said that I actually COULDN'T get the refund through the app (big surprise) and then asked for my name and the order amount, and her boss could refund it to me herself, but it would take up to 5 business days. So, the "manager" I was speaking with, asked for my name, but neglected to ask for the order amount, before explaining how long the refund would take, so I had to cut her off and tell her the amount, before we ended the call. In the end, I believe my issue was addressed (we'll see for sure when and IF I get the refund), but the whole experience has made me want to avoid ever dealing with the staff at this specific Arby's ever again. It's been awhile since I had gone to Arby's to get some food and was in a mood for some roast beef sandwiches. So, I go to Arby's to get some food before going to work. I place my order, get my food, and I'm on my way to work. I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and an XL coke. I get onto the expressway, listening to some music, get out my first sandwich and away I go. First sandwich was gone, it was good, and now I'm ready for the second one. I take a bite out of the second sandwich, noticed that the taste was off and I spit it out. I'm like what the heck is this. Because I was on the expressway, I couldn't look at the sandwich to see what I sunk my teeth into. I get to work, open the sandwich, low and behold, something I didn't order. I do know for a fact that it was not a regular roast beef sandwich like the first one I ate. I wasted almost $5.00 on a sandwich I did not order. So my advice for those of you going to Arby's, next time you order at the drive-thru, check your order before you go. I'll be staying away from here for a long while, especially if I'm not dining in. Sorry Arby's, but the staff has to get the orders correct in order to prevent getting low ratings like this one. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2

Service was so slow. My order wasn't properly cooked. When I took it back the kid behind the counter said it's supposed to be like that........... I never seen pink roast beef from Arby's before. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
