My turkey bacon ranch sandwich - was one of the best- I’ve ordered at several Arby’s. It was fresh and delicious. A good amount of turkey! Restaurant was clean and tables were wiped down. I had to wait for my food Because it was pretty busy- long line. Restroom was clean as well. Service was friendly and they were hustling to get orders filled. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

OMG!!! We waiting the drive through for at least 15-20 minutes and when we did give our order they said move forward there we waited I know 10-15 minutes. I had enough so I left and went to BK. We weren’t the only ones leaving there was several cars that let. I feel if they want to continue to stay in business they had better get help. I will never go to the Sidney Arby’s again. Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1

I almost never leave 1-star reviews, but this Arby's location has consistently disappointed. The drive through often takes 20-30 minutes to get through. After experiencing this at least 3 times, tonight I decided to go inside to order takeout. I stood at the counter for a solid two minutes before anyone even noticed I was there, and they only noticed because I coughed obnoxiously. They looked up and saw me, didn't acknowledge my presence, and kept me waiting for another 3 minutes before finally taking my order. Had they said something like "Welcome to Arby's, we'll be with you in a minute", I'd have been fine. The manager was there in the front too. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Classic Roast Beef Sandwich
