This tells me all I need to know about this restaurant. DO NOT GO THERE
There were 4 employees running around and we were at the front counter.
A nice gal bagging orders said she'd be right with us.
I said, "no worries, we need to look at the menu for a minute"
After at least another 5 minutes, I was ready to leave. It was then that I saw the gal bagging the DT order and she asked one of the girls to help us.
I said, yeah that would be nice, because I'm ready to walk out. There's 4 of you back there, and not one person in all this time can come take our order really quick?
Two DT girls with headsets. Once named Tori.
Did not get the other girls name. She had black hair pulled back with her side bangs or whatever hanging down. Looked stupid. SHE was the one who said she didn't care for MY attitude. Oh really? We'd been standing there WAITING, but I'm wrong for mentioning that I was ready to leave?
I seriously hope they watch the cameras. They'll catch the whole thing. Both mouthy little girls who need to grow up.
So finally a much nicer girl took our order. I was not rude to her or ANYONE during our visit. We sat down, me with full intentions of posting this.
Then my husband went back of to see if he could get the name of the girl; and TORI then mouthed off to my husband saying "Thanks for looking at my name tag".
Really? Worst employees ever. They need to be fired and not rehired anywhere near Snowflake. Make their little teen-aged attitudes drive further to work.
I hope someone who actually CARES will see this. I intend on locating the owner and taking this to it's end.
Until then, we will NOT be going to this Arby's again. Not until Tori and the other little riff-raff is out of there. And we're spreading the word. These two little girls will kill their business.
