Food is great, a young lady behind the counter gave me a ticket for any free sandwich because the orange cream shake was out. Only complaint is when you call, no matter the time of day, they don't answer the phone. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

While we are glad our team made things right with a free sandwich ticket when the orange cream shake was unavailable, missing your phone calls is completely unacceptable, Ed. We want our hospitality to extend beyond the counter, so we will make sure local management addresses this communication gap with the staff immediately.

Well to start off, the wait to just order in the drive thru was terrible even though we are the only ones in it. Then the guy taking the order was no prize. Sounds like he's just here to be paid. After the order was done, it took forever to even get the food. The food in question was not even hot as well. Not a good Arby's trip today... Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

This location continues to open late every single day. This is the third time that I have come by within 10 minutes of them supposedly being open and they are closed. Today I called they answer the phone and I asked what time they open. I was told they open at 11:00 and I questioned the hours being posted as 10:00 a.m.. you could hear mumbling in the background and was then told that the "manager is in a meeting and unavailable until some point today" Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
