We do take out. Other than they are more expensive than other fast food places, the food is always correct and warm. You do have healthy choices. Staff are always real nice. Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: Roast Beef, Reuben, Half Pound Roast Beef, Classic Roast Beef Sandwich, Double Roast Beef, Arby's Signature Roast Beef Sandwiches, Half Pound Beef 'N Cheddar, Classic Roast Beef

Ordered food and paid, noticed they gave me the wrong order and the clerk at the windows took it back and asked me to pull forward and wait. I pulled forward and started causing a back up. When food finally came out I proceeded home. I unpack my food and go to eat only to find while they gave me the right food, they failed to add the bbq sauce. Which isn't funny as the food was pulled pork and I was given a choice of sauces. At that point I didn't want to drive all the way back just to have them mess up my order one more time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1

We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on your Quarter Pound Pulled Pork. We’re sorry we left you hanging with the BBQ sauce, Robert. We'll be using this feedback to help improve moving forward.

I really only order the French dip- the French dip has come with the Ajou sauce since forever- is there a reason why I have to walk back in EVERYTIME to get it? The last 3 visits- all different times and employees forgot it but the last time- the employee had the nerve to argue with me. Yes I checked the bag and removed every sandwich. YOU DID NOT PUT IT IN OR I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY TIME TO COME BACK IN AND ASK FOR IT. Petty or not, I expect my order to be complete and when YOU mess up, at least make a normal customer service interaction and make it right- I was not rude. I politely said it wasn’t in the bag. I don’t want to go back to a fast food place that makes getting a little cup of sauce that comes with the sandwich a big deal like this.
