As long as I been eating Arby's, I've always ordered the Super roast beef sandwich. At this location I was told that she couldn't make it. Then she said if she did make it she'd have to charge me extra for tomatoes, lettuce and the red ranch that comes on it. I turned around and walked out because that was ridiculous. I'll never order from here. This establishment SUCKS!! Their night shift is terrible!!! Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
