Great Customer Service! Both managers demonstrated top-tier customer service. After receiving cold fries and being unable to return to the restaurant, I called to request a refund. April, the manager, kindly offered to replace my entire meal whenever I was able to come back. When I returned the following Thursday, April wasn’t there, but the manager on duty provided the same level of service and honored the replacement without hesitation. That is true customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I need you to stop what youre doing and look at the sandwich at the top of the picture. Now, no one expects that level of sandwich at a fast food place, but if it is approached, I am grateful. The sandwich I recieved tonight is in the bottom pictures. The large meal was nearly $14. The taste was average, it didn't fill me up and I was saddened by the discrepancy in the pictures. For a place that claimed its not your average fast food joint, this looked very low quality, fast food-ish. So that you can gauge me on my consistency, when the Arby's Gyro sandwiches came out, I would run across traffic to get those (when they were 2 for $6... in the stone ages). They looked great in the picture, and the product served was about 90% of the picture!! They were incredible!! This sandwich was about 40% of the picture. Arby's might as well have shown a snapping turtle as their Italian Sandwich. [Update] I appreciate the owner reaching out and sending me a link to voice my concerns, but I've filled the form out and sent to 4 times, each time it was rejected. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
