Not the best place in town, not the worst. Pretty standard taverna food at an inflated price due to the location. I had the lamb chops and while there were 4 on the plate they were all quite thin and a bit dry, but tasted ok. The rest of the dish was filled with fries, but they were not great. Service was quite slow, it was almost an hour from ordering until we got our food, but the restaurant was also pretty busy. We asked for the bill and a small box to take leftovers, waited 15 minutes, and asked another server who brought it pretty soon after. The bill came to 38 for two main courses and soft drinks and bread. We paid with a 50 and the server asked us if we wanted change. I don’t know local customs here but where I am from asking for 12 euro like this is quite cheeky. All in all it was OK. Service experience was saved a little bit by the fact we got a takeaway box for leftovers and that we got half a portion of tzatziki on the house after we had waited a while. I will probably not visit again for any grilled items. Both the fries and the meat were better tasting for under a third of the price in the grill street food place 5 meters up the street. Great family restaurant with 1st class seafood and meat dishes. Beautiful atmosphere & family owned since 1985. On the harbour with lovely views & friendly staff. Guaranteed this is one of our favourite restaurants in Patitiri. Incredible food, excellent prices and wonderful atmosphere. The pork chops are HUGE and cooked to perfection! Had lamb chops the other night and there were six on the plate.. at Archipelagos, it's quantity and quality! Thank you everyone for bringing such joy to our holiday.
