Our commitment to providing warm, attentive, and genuine service is something we have built this restaurant on — it is the heart of everything we do. That is why a night like the one you experienced is something we do not take lightly at all. Sometimes, situations arise that are outside of our control — and that evening, we faced one of those challenges in our kitchen.
