Absolutely terrible experience. Smash on Point is hands down one of the worst food truck experiences I’ve had. The burgers were shockingly bad, dry, flavorless, and tasted like low-quality frozen patties slapped together with zero care. Nothing was seasoned properly, and the overall taste was just plain unpleasant. To make it worse, the prices are completely unjustifiable for what you get. You’re paying premium prices for food that barely qualifies as decent fast food, let alone something worth seeking out. Oh and the Pork Belly from their sister food truck Arepitas, tasted so bad as if the pork belly was thawed out and they fried bad pork. Customer service was the final nail in the coffin. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re in business. No warmth, no professionalism, no effort to make the experience even remotely enjoyable. Between the awful food, ridiculous pricing, and miserable customer service, this place is an easy skip. There are plenty of better burgers out there. Don’t waste your money or your time here. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
