Well, there is too much price for dirty rooms with stains on curtains, floor, walls and everywhere you could see. The furniture probably came from German dumps of 50s. The toilet lid was broken too, but hot water with very good pressure was available. The towels were old and no more white but grayish. Worst of all the price: The booking.com app showed 121PLN without breakfast. With breakfast +35PLN, which 156PLN in total. I called the hotel directly- and I heard the owner or manager said 118PLN, which I thought was O.k, and thought let people make money without booking.com 15% commissions on bookings. When I arrived, to my surprise, the reception people said it's 180PLN . I questioned why? And how? I showed them the price on the booking app. They pretended as if they were unaware of the price of booking.com and that booking.com is showing the wrong price. I had my own hotels, and I have got a long experience in how booking extranet works - the guys tried to make me fool, but later agreed on the price 158PLN with breakfast. It was dirty, unhygienic, and uncomfortable there, I hardly stayed there and was not willing to eat anything there, but I didn't want any conflict as I was the direct client, not through booking.com. Anyway, the breakfast for 35PLN was the worst experience. For comparison, 50PLN breakfast at Mercure has plenty of food. The price with breakfast was 260PLN. I just trusted this Arkadia because the ranking/ rating was high on booking.com, but to be honest, it isn't worth it. Watch the pics Service: 1
