Small and fine restaurant, rather away from the hustle and bustle and tourist traps that are plentiful in Aigues Mortes. There is only a drinks menu (good selection of local wines), the food - only main courses - is chosen from the table. There was a vegetarian option, a fish dish, and some meat dishes. Not much choice, but everything is fresh and prepared with local ingredients. Highly priced, like everything in the area. At least the quality is good here, even if the portions are quite reduced. We had the duck breast (excellent) and the assiette vegetarienne, with delicious fennel salad, couscous and a rather unspectacular eggplant puree. Interesting herbs on top (nasturtium, pea herb). You can add salt to everything with Fleur de Sel; there is a pot on every table. Beforehand we got an amouse-bouche on the house, very delicate. The desserts were very tasty and the price/performance ratio was definitely right. Service was friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere.
