Would give minus stars if it were possible! Has the atmosphere & drab grey decor of a closed down bus station. As for the tea, you get the bag but not the tea out of it! Weak. If you're hungry when you go in there you still will be when you come out. Don't go there! Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow, haven't been to the cafe since the refurb so thought I would pop down for a bite to eat. Firstly prices are quite steep for the portion sizes, I did mumble 'wow, thats quite a high price for a lunch ' (this is where is gets shocking!) The manger as she is liked to be known by replied "well you don't have to eat here, there are other places, ya know!" I was quite embarrassed by the rudeness, I sat down lost for words. How on earth is that woman employed by compass? I waited over 20 mins for my order, when it was ready she abruptly shouted my order from behind the counter, I went over to collect it, thanked her, she replied "yeah, its not table service, ive to much to do to be running around all day" I can honestly say, thats my last visit to asda cafe. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Since Kettering Asda stopped serving hot chocolate made at the till, it no longer merits the name 'hot chocolate'. It's name should now be 'warm chocolate'. Previously the till attendee made the drink at the till. The preffered temperature could be requested. Now, it's made by a machine the temperature is merely warm. Sad that a better product has been replaced by a poorer one!
