It is especially disappointing to hear that someone who has enjoyed our food felt uncomfortable enough to leave the restaurant.I was the manager involved during your most recent visit, and after reading your review, I understand why my comment came across as disrespectful. Although I intended it as a joke, it was clearly inappropriate in that moment and did not reflect the level of hospitality our guests deserve. For that, I sincerely apologize.I also want to apologize for the previous interactions you described. Regardless of my intentions, if my responses made you feel dismissed, unwelcome, or uncomfortable, then I did not provide the service you should expect from us. That is my responsibility.At Asia Pot, we want every guest to feel respected, comfortable asking questions about our menu, and confident that they will be treated with patience and courtesy.
