Come here regularly, always enjoy our meals. Lovely setting , food always nice, delivered promptly and meals are a good price. Service is always 5* , special shout out too Elster who is normally our server when we come in, she's always super friendly and very attentive. Definitely recommend! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We chose ASK for our wedding anniversary today after seeing the advertising and expecting a special dining experience. Sadly, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing restaurant visits we’ve had The pasta and pizza were served lukewarm and lacked flavour, giving the impression that they had been prepared in advance rather than freshly made. The only item we genuinely enjoyed was the tiramisu. What made the experience even worse was the service. Although the restaurant was quiet, staff appeared eager to clear our table and brought the bill very quickly while we were still talking and trying to enjoy our anniversary. We felt rushed throughout the visit and were left with the impression that our custom was not valued. We spent £57.25 expecting a pleasant anniversary meal, but left feeling disappointed and regretting our choice. The food and service fell well below what we expected for the price paid. Given how unsatisfactory the overall experience was on such an important occasion, I would appreciate it if management could review this visit and contact me regarding a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience. Thank you for your response. While I appreciate the acknowledgement of my concerns, I remain disappointed with the overall experience, particularly as this was our wedding anniversary celebration. Given the poor food quality, rushed service and the fact that we spent £57.25 on a meal that fell well below expectations, I would appreciate hearing what steps ASK is prepared to take to resolve this matter. At the entrance, it doesn't say anywhere that you have to wait to be invited to a table. After 3-5 minutes of checking the menu, we sat down at a table outside. Our attention was drawn by the waiter to the fact that we had to wait (there were dozens of free tables). The table was sticky, dirt on the floor, dirty in the toilet. The cutlery was dirty and the glasses very dirty. The plastic cup with dessert was really dirty and the dessert is not as it looks in the picture. The food was okay but the price was too high. The cocktail was okay. Overall it was a disappointing experience Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
