I am writing to express my disappointment and a negative experience my husband and I encountered during our stay at this hotel in 2020. At the time, I did not have a Google account, but now that I do, I find it necessary to share my concerns directly in this platforms just like I did on TripAdvisor back in 2020. Our visit was marred by an incident involving a waitress who provided us with impolite service during dinner. When we brought this matter to the attention of the owner, it was disheartening that our concerns were dismissed, and we were made to feel unwelcome. Subsequently, my honest review on TripAdvisor resulted in the owner refusing to serve us breakfast the next morning. This experience, coupled with the perceived lack of hospitality from the owner and his wife, left a lasting negative impression on us. Spending over a thousand francs only to leave the hotel in tears was disheartening, and it greatly affected our overall perception of your establishment. Regrettably, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered in my 39 years of life, marked by what I can only describe as one of the most unkind displays of hospitality. I believe constructive feedback is crucial for businesses to improve, and I hope that by sharing my concerns, you can address these issues for the benefit of future guests. Magnificent hotel, very well decorated. Successful mountain atmosphere. ️ It is located a little outside Grindelwald and on the heights with an exceptional panorama of the neighboring peaks.
