The two pastas had no seasoning, hardly any taste, the chicken breast inside was still half raw and the pizza was very dry and you could hardly eat it. I won't order there again.

Quality always fluctuates and delivery times are often significantly longer than stated. But today it was outrageous. Food was delivered about half an hour late and when we unpacked it, something was missing from my pizza. Normally I'm not very fussy about this, but it's not the first time, I paid extra for it and I just don't like it without it. I then called, explained the situation and asked for a subsequent delivery. The woman on the phone initially laughed at me and asked if I seriously wanted a replacement because a part was missing. I said yes and then she came up with the excuse that 2 delivery cars were broken (funnily enough, they break down all the time) and that I should just make a note on my next order and she would give me more. Unfortunately that doesn't help me now. Her tone became very derogatory and shouted something angrily in another language, so I decided to let it go and hung up.
