Definitely a great place for having an amazing dinner. The chefs and staff are attentive and helpful with explanation on the menu and each dish. The food is extra delicious. The quality of food is superb. In my opinion, the quantity could be increased a bit. Nonetheless, everything is great and I would definitely come back again to try their seasonal menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was our first time trying French fine dining infused with the essence of Japan. Ingredients, flavours, and preparation method were a combination of best of Japan and France. Very delicious and impressive. Wine pairing was also on point, with every selection elevating the paired dish. Definitely recommended over the other buffet restaurant in the hotel. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my second time here in Japan, and I have had many different dining experiences. Atelier is a must if you are in Beppu! Creativity, passion, and attention to detail is shown so clearly in every single dish. We spoke to the Executive Chef Kenji, and he spent his time walking us through the dishes and wine pairings. Truly a fantastic experience through and through. He featured us many locally sourced items across, the pinnacle being his hand selected Wagyu Sirloin was one of the greatest I have had in the world! Thank you for a great experience. P.S. If you like Whiskey, you must try their Japanese Whiskey and beers brewed here in Beppu. They are delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
