This is Uber's decision and not the establishment's. There are no couriers at the door waiting for the order so that the establishment holds it and decides who takes it. It is not how it works. We work at Atelier with every concern for ensuring quality for our customers and we value the relationship we have with couriers on whatever platform, valuing and recognizing those who deliver with commitment and quality. We also regret that there are couriers who harm our entire process, holding back ready orders because they have other deliveries from other platforms. If we could choose couriers, we would certainly choose those who are committed and have respect for the customer's time and money. More
