We ate there for the first time this evening. I ordered a Wagyu steak (offer of the day), medium rare. Now the steak arrived but was well done. After I pointed this out to service, I was informed that the chef felt that a Wagyu steak could not be served medium rare. Interestingly, the chef served the truffle sauce himself. When the chef was standing next to the cash register while paying, I asked him again why he hadn't pointed out when serving that the steak wasn't prepared as requested. He just reiterated that he didn't think the steak could be served medium rare and that he was the owner. After I replied that it didn't really make it any better, I was insulted as arrogant and asked not to come back. After all, the restaurant is always full and he can do without guests like me. By the way, we paid over €140. If you want good Italian food and excellent service in Neckargemünd, go to Limoncello. It's just a few meters away and they know how to deal with guests and criticism. After some time we were back in Atmosfera. The food was sensational. The service was charming and very attentive. The ambience is also very nice. The restaurant is highly recommended. Keep it up!! Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult. 6 steps at the entrance. But if you ask, you will be helped. Unfortunately, the toilet is not accessible either because it is on the first floor.
