We came to Atrium Café this morning at 7:25 AM and bought one cappuccino. Unfortunately, we didn't like the taste at all – it was very flat and weak. We decided not to finish it and bought coffee from another nearby restaurant instead. A little later, we happened to walk past Atrium Café again. One of the staff members stopped us and asked, "What happened with the coffee?" We answered honestly: "The taste was flat." We then continued walking away. At that moment – as we were leaving – the same staff member deliberately showed us the middle finger. No argument, no shouting, just that insulting gesture. We didn't raise our voices or say anything rude. We simply gave feedback because he asked. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If you ask for honest feedback, you should be able to handle it like an adult – not insult your customers. We will never return, and we strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you want bad behaviour followed by even worse service.

Showing MIDDLE FINGER for costumer BY STAFF 19/05/2026 at 7:25 am we bought a coffee, was cap with one sugar, was total nothing just warm milk, we pay 5:50 and we don’t say Any things for staff we just buy from another store just front, when we just walk through thy 3 boys call us what’s wrong coffee we just say its flat thats why we bought from another shop but the one white boy with mostage was rising his middle finger for us, was harassing the customers in duty free could serious offense bess on Australian prevailing low but we don’t do anything. Please business owner have look the cc camara and go through for your better business

Food was literally so insane my mate had half my meal and he "wasn't hungry". Chicken rice bowl was insaneservice was insane. Maya is beautiful. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
