My dear Augustin, I absolutely wanted to tell you about our customer experience with you. A poor service, seller who does not know the price of his formulas. We ordered 5 menus at 10 euros. We are distributed without cutlery and without napkins. We returned to ask, thinking an oversight but what was our surprise when we learned that we had to pay the tidy sum of 50 cents more per cover. We then asked for towels for the 5 of us and we were kindly offered a towel to share on the grounds of ecology. This reason is really not valid given the plastic packaging of all your sansmdwitches. Dear Augustin, in the future, take care of your customers because we are obviously not the only disappointed customers.
