It is an original recipe passed down from Aunt Carrie herself. The only thing we have really changed is adding more clams. It is a traditional Chowder. We serve milk, tomato, and Plain. The Plain Chowder being Rhode Island Chowder which is the broth, clams, and potatoes. Everything is the freshest as it can be. We use fresh local clams delivered every day and fresh potatoes. We make multiple pots throughout the day. It is not pre-bagged chowder, we use nothing canned, and nothing is frozen. We do not freeze or store overnight. Our goal is to serve the freshest seafood possible with simple traditional ingredients. More
