How do you have 5 people working and have an empty pretzel counter. You sold me a burnt pretzel. It fell apart in the bag. This must’ve been sitting there all day, huh? The guy was so quick when he slipped into the bag, shaking my head. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Asked if they could make a plain pretzel bite cinnamon after watching them do it for the person right in front of me, instead they told me to wait until the actual cinnamon bites were done. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the worst pretzel I have ever had from Auntie Anne's. It was supposed to be cinnamon sugar yet it was salty, sour, soggy, stale, greasy and inedible because of how bad the taste was. It also had hardly any cinnamon or sugar on it. I want a complete refund. It was a waste of money and not worth the price in the first place. There's no way it should cost more than $5. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel
