Frankly disappointed and outraged by the welcome from the blonde waitress. We arrived around 1:40 p.m. politely asking if it was possible to eat at that time. Cold reception, the waitress looks at her watch with an annoyed look to see customers returning. She tells us that she will ask if possible or not... still looking at us askance, she comes back and tells us... it's the dish of the day and until 2:30 p.m. We didn't even want to go any further, so we left immediately. I tolerate a problem with the dish more easily than an attitude like that. I don't understand why, seeing all the negative comments about this person or more generally about the service and the welcome, there is no reaction from the owners. If so, they are the ones doing the service. If it is indeed them, a professional reorientation or courses on how to serve customers seems very urgent to me. If this is not the case, too bad for the owners of the restaurant who may have put all their marbles into their business and left it to rot by a toxic person. The setting is beautiful, too bad the rest doesn't follow. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Only restaurant in Lausanne that makes you pay 4chf for a 1/2 litre of tap water!!!! Shame on "Aux Trois Tonneaux"! And when I complained about it they had the gaul of acting surprised and telling me that I had to pay a service for having the glass cleaned that I used to drink the water...unbelievable. You spend 80+ chf for eating there and they charge you for tap water...
