Отель не соответствует на заявленные 4 звезды. Номер очень маленький, есть сломанная мебель в номере. Уборка не очень качественная, пыль в шкафу. Неприятный запах в комнате. Из плюсов- чистая постель и полотенца, хорошее наполнение гелей, шампуней и прочих мелочей для душа.

Чистые, убранные номера, персонал вежливый, гостеприимный. Еда вкусная. Расположение отеля очень хорошое, все в шаговой доступности. Отдельное спасибо за вежливость ночных работников Окана и Нури, очень хорошие и добрые ребята.

Unfortunately, our stay at Avantgarde Urban Hotel Taksim was very disappointing. First, there was a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom, which was unpleasant and unacceptable. The hotel is also located directly opposite two nightclubs/discos. Loud Arabic music continued until around 3 AM, making it very difficult to sleep. On top of that, the guests in the room next to ours were three arab men who were arguing and making excessive noise until around 5 AM. They were repeatedly slamming doors and turning the TV volume up very loudly. We complained to the hotel reception several times during the night, but unfortunately no effective action was taken to resolve the situation. We were traveling with a young child, so having loud music until 3 AM and noise from the neighboring room until 5 AM made the stay particularly difficult and exhausting. The location may look convenient, but in my experience, the noise, poor response to complaints, and bathroom cleanliness/odor are serious problems. I would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Taksim.
