Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear our restaurant wasn’t the right fit for your expectations. We’d like to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. Our pizza is our own Chicago-style recipe and is not intended to be a traditional deep-dish pizza. We understand that different styles aren’t for everyone, and we’re always happy to answer questions before ordering. We also want to address the comments about our food. Our spaghetti, meatballs, sauces, and the vast majority of our menu are made fresh in-house—not frozen. We have proudly served these same family recipes to our community for decades. When your concerns were brought to our server’s attention, she took the time to discuss them with you and explain our menu. While we always appreciate respectful feedback, we do not automatically remove meals from a bill simply because a guest decides they do not care for the style or flavor after they have been prepared and served. Finally, we take cleanliness and food safety very seriously. Our kitchen is cleaned and inspected daily, and we are proud of the standards we maintain. While we’re disappointed your experience didn’t meet your expectations, we stand behind the quality of our homemade food and the service we’ve provided to our community for nearly 50 years.
