I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to the café in the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn't find the experience as delightful as I had hoped. The welcome wasn't what I expected from a café in such a beautiful hotel, and it fell short compared to other hotel cafés I've visited. Additionally, I was surprised when the waitress asked me to pay before I even started enjoying my coffee. I believe that a more refined approach would be more fitting. I also felt it would have been better if the chef had described the cakes beforehand rather than asking me to look at them after they were served. Thanks for taking the time to listen.
