I'm new to Japan heard good things about this club so I came and when I got to the front of the line I couldnt get in cause some navy guy piss the security guard off he seen my dod id which i am not in the military he wouldnt let me in.How do u judge one person and think everybody is the same. THIS CLUB IS RACIST AGAINST ANYBODY THAT SERVE IN THE MITARY U NEED TO EDUCATE THE SECURITY HOW TO READ IDS CAUSE I AM NOT IN THE MILITARY. I was really disappointed with my experience at Baia Tokyo. I was denied entry and effectively banned simply for wearing shorts. There was no clear dress code posted anywhere that I saw, and the way it was handled felt unnecessarily strict and unfriendly. I understand that venues can have dress codes, but policies should be clearly communicated in advance — especially if they’re going to be enforced so harshly. It felt arbitrary and honestly pretty embarrassing to be turned away like that. If you’re planning to visit, be extremely careful about what you wear — even something as normal as shorts might get you banned. Not a welcoming experience at all. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I request all the Indian community that please don’t go this club. Staffs and management are racist against Indian. I address an extremely concerning and unacceptable incident that occurred at your club. I was explicitly told that “because you are Indian, you are not allowed in this club.” This statement is not only offensive but blatantly discriminatory. Denying someone entry based on nationality or ethnicity is racism, plain and simple. Such behavior is unlawful in many jurisdictions and completely contradicts basic standards of equality, dignity and human decency. No establishment should be promoting or tolerating discrimination of any kind.
