We went to this place for a different Sunday lunch than usual... Mauro, the owner, prepared a crazy menu for us, reserving the entire place for us... we ate Pullpette, Pastrami, Pulled Pork, Smoked Sausages, Pork Ribs, beef cheek, chicken and brisket...all accompanied by sauces, green beans with bacon, mashed potatoes and a delicious bean soup...(the portions were so generous to the point that at the end of lunch they made us find the bags to take home) We finished lunch with homemade sweet and bitter... what can I say... very high quality meat, intense and authentic flavours. Mauro explained to us every delicacy we ate... attentive and kind staff ...we felt at home. Congratulations because we can perceive that you do this job with passion and professionalism... you really make a difference!!! Excellent quality-price ratio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Short four-day holiday in Salento, we decide to spend lunch on April 25th at RistoBar-B-Q. After an hour or more on the road we reach the place and get in the queue. The queue proceeds very slowly but we understand that quality requires its cooking times. Alas, after an hour and a half standing waiting for our turn, the owner comes out saying that all the meat was finished. Celebration lunch missed and half the day wasted. Like us, all the other people still in the queue. We appreciated his apologies but we really find it difficult to understand how they could not have realized in a reasonable time that the food would not be enough for the remaining 40/50 people in the queue. Since passion and commitment shine through, the suggestion is to improve the organization. For example, making sure that people make compulsory reservations and announce themselves upon arrival, thus putting themselves on the list of those who will be served first and with certainty. Free will to others to queue without guarantee of eating. In the hope that this review is received positively, we will then be happy to return with the certainty of tasting their meat. Service: 1

I have always said to come early, if many people arrive all at once the queue is unfortunately physiological. then we have the problem that after an hour in line people don't know what to order, they make requests that we cannot satisfy, such as pasta for the children, and that they order for 4/5 people and then want to split the bill... and the cash register gets stuck. then everyone pays with the POS, but the transactions are denied. and the line goes slow. then after asking for the pulled sandwich, they ask for it because they didn't understand that by default we serve it with BBQ sauce... and the line stops. we are making new videos where we explain how to order and avoid blocking the queue. -Alas, after an hour and a half standing waiting for our turn, the owner comes out saying that all the meat was finished.
