Tristan is the best waiter I’ve ever had. He informed us about the bjs rewards app and was so kind to help us sign up. He was very excited to hear we ordered spooky pizzokie and was hyping it up. Would ask for Tristan again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have the chicken with potatoes and corn it was delicious we tried the nachos for an app they were not good it was just processed cheese over the top of some nachos that appear to be bad nachos and they charged approximately $16 for that app my lunch was excellent minus the nachos they were edible but not good and the price was too expensive I would return but only purchase from the lunch portions because I feel the prices are a little bit extreme for what you get for example if you purchase the potsticker app you get six small potstickers for about $16 the pricing is crazy one good thing about even when you get the lunch portion you get a free dessert which is a bakery style cookie what's a scoop of ice cream. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

2 amazing staff members!!! TYLER AND HANNAH!!! 5/5 Stars - Ask for Tyler! I don't normally write long reviews, but the service we received from Tyler at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse recently was so exceptional that I just had to share. From the moment our group sat down, Tyler made us feel incredibly welcome. The restaurant was absolutely packed—it was a busy weekend night—but you would never have known it based on how attentive he was. He greeted us with a great attitude, took our drink orders right away, and made sure we never had an empty glass throughout the entire meal. What really stood out was his knowledge of the menu. BJ's has a massive menu which can be a little overwhelming, but Tyler gave us some fantastic recommendations. He suggested the deep-dish pizza and the avocado egg rolls for appetizers, and they were both phenomenal. When it came to dessert, he timed the arrival of our Pizookie perfectly so it came out piping hot right as we finished our main courses. Even though he was clearly running around managing multiple tables, he never made us feel rushed. He checked in on us at just the right moments, kept the table clear of empty plates, and handled a special dietary request from someone in our party with total ease and care. Great food is one thing, but great service is what makes a dining experience memorable. Tyler completely elevated our night with his professionalism, hustle, and awesome personality. BJ's is lucky to have him on their team! We will definitely be asking to sit in his section the next time we come back. Keep up the amazing work, Tyler! 5/5 Stars - Incredible Leadership by Hannah! I wanted to follow up my praise for the staff here by giving a massive shoutout to the Manager, Hannah. It is completely obvious that the top-tier service at this BJ's Brewhouse starts from the very top. During our visit, I noticed Hannah on the floor the entire night. Instead of just staying in the back office, she was actively helping her team—hosting at the front door, running food to tables, and checking in on guests. When a restaurant is as busy as this one was, you can usually feel the stress in the air, but Hannah kept the entire dining room running like a well-oiled machine. She stopped by our table for a brief moment just to genuinely ask how everything was tasting and if we needed anything else. That small touch of hospitality goes such a long way. It’s clear she sets a high standard for her staff, and her hands-on leadership style is exactly why servers like Tyler are able to thrive and give such amazing service. An establishment is only as good as its management, and Hannah is doing an outstanding job. Kudos to her for running a fantastic, high-energy, and welcoming restaurant. We’ll be back soon!
