Appalling Service at BJ's Santa Rosa - Needs Serious Retraining. We experienced truly terrible service during our recent visit to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Santa Rosa. The waiter was completely lost, disorganized, and repeatedly forgot our order. Every time we ordered something, he would vanish into the kitchen for 15–20 minutes and come back having completely forgotten what we asked for. The issues started the moment we sat down when we ordered water. After waiting and reminding him, he disappeared for another 20 minutes and still never brought it. I had to remind him twice just to get an iced tea, and when I ordered a second beer, he vanished and forgot again. We eventually gave up on these items. By the end of our meal, multiple items were missing from our order. Service was so non-existent that I had to flag down a completely different waiter just to get takeaway boxes. This place urgently needs proper staff training. We have reached out to corporate about this experience, and we will definitely not be returning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $70–80 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

My son n his two friends were thinking about places to eat, that have great options for beverages, and where we could watch Soprts. I treated then to dinner n their beverages too. My son doesn't partake in alcohol, but his friends and I enjoyed ice cold beers/hard cider and their Happy Hour lasted till 6pm ... on a Friday night. Great service, placed was nearly full, food was Delicious, Burgers, Pasta with Grilled Chicken, n Pizza. On TV was FIFA, and our USA squad played Great n defeated Paraguay 4 to 1 !! Customers and Staff .... We were All in a Happy Zone, Kindness prevailed and I left with a Joyous heart n a belly fully Content!! : ) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Arrived at 430 sat out front no one else there but me. Several employees came thru the gate but no one acknowledge me. After 45 min I got up went back inside to give back the menue. I drove to Cattlemens Rohnert park spent $52 for great steak dinner. I eat out slot as I own my own roadside service company call Diamond Roadside Services In 15 plus years I have serviced more than 10,000 customers. If iam going to be detained traffic issues whatever I inform the client. Up front I have never had a complaint. Go on line pull my company up. I am a one person business and always provide great customer services. So your restaurant lost $52 plus $8 dollar tip to employee If no one tells you there is a problem then problems continue.
