Been shopping at BJ’s for years. We do all are major shopping there, including tires, gasoline and propane. We stopped today for a few items including a stop at the deli for cold cuts. Waited at the deli counter for approximately 10 minutes. There was no other customers in line just my wife and I. There was an employee removing cooked chickens from the rotisserie and continued to do so despite seeing us waiting at the deli. We left after if was apparent this employee was going to finish what he was doing before waiting on us. On my way out of the store I stopped at the curtesy desk to explain the situation and from both employees at the desk I got an attitude. Going forward we may start doing our shopping at Cosco. No way to treat a long time customer.

Disgusted wirh the digital coupon crap. Data harvesting. You sent a mailer out but you left out the bar code. Trash move.

I wanted to have my snow tires taken off, buy 2 new summer tires and have 2 put on. They quoted me a price, then $100 to mount and balance. If I'm purchasing 2 new tires and the other 2 were purchased from BJ'S, the mounting and balancing should be free. I'll not go back, and sure as hell won't renew my membership.
