B.O.'s Fish Wagon located in the Historic Seaport, the only good thing about it was it's location within the Historic Seaport. We went to order a chicken sandwhich with fries, a burger with onion rings, but they were all out so we got more fries, then a side of coleslaw, along with a children's meal of chicken strips and fries. First of all, the burger and sandwich was served on Hoagie style/ sub sandwich buns. The bread was bigger than the sandwich itself and it was dry and made the chicken taste more bland than it already was. Absolutely no flavor. The burger was raw in the middle, when we specifically ordered well-done. Due to health reasons, raw meat cannot be consumed. We had to request a plastic knife from the counter to even cut the burger, because the bread was so large. I'm glad we cut into it because that's when we noticed it was not cooked thoroughly. When it was taken back to the counter, the staff tried arguing that it was atleast medium but still prepared another burger. Meanwhile, after another 30 minute wait we had gotten our children's meal chicken basket. Let me also state there is a seafood allergy present. Upon first glance, it looked like fish, so we sent it back to the kitchen... as did others in our group bc they can't have fish either. Then the cook or someone else of the staff came out and told us it was chicken and the breading made it resemble fish. Shortly after, this happening, the burger finally came out-- again. Low and behold, it was raw too. At this point, we were just finished with Bo's. We were ready to leave. The kid said the chicken tasted weird so it didn't even get ate. I did try a piece and it seemed as if it was also fried in the same basket of seafood. So I'm glad my child did not consume it. As a matter of fact, when I walked away from the table, a chicken jumped up and ate the basket of chicken. People from the group said it was aggressive but they got the chicken strips away from the chicken and trashed it. I wish there were photos of this happening. Overall, only in Key West can you serve up overly priced, yet raw food, in a half beaten up shack with wild cannibalistic chickens. Upon first look, I was excited to try this new place out. It had all the vibes and was beachy with a mix of grunge. It seemed cool. But the poor service, rude workers and absolute horrid food ruined the entire experience. Mind you, we we here for an hour and half at lunch time and we left still hungry and dissatisfied. Every bit of the "supposed to be fun" experience was disappointing. From start to finish it only went further and further down hill. Granted, we were with a large group so I did factor that in as well. However, the restaurant knew we were coming and they told us they could handle the load. They absolutely could not handle it. Even if I lived in Key West, I would never return nor would I reccomend anyone else. I would be embarrassed by their service if I referred them here to eat and this was how they were treated. Others in the group told us we should have requested a refund for everything or atleast the chicken. Yet we didn't. We just left. Many reviews here were great, I will be happy for those people, but I would heade caution to ordering chicken or burgers. Best of luck if you try B.O.'s Fish Wagon, my stomach was tore up for the remainder of my trip in Key West from their raw meat burger.
