The customer service is a terrible experience. They are extremely disrespectful. They don't show the prices, and when you ask they refuse to answer. So uncomfortable that I preferred take away. It's a shame because the food is delicious, but I absolutely do not recommend buying anything here. Meal type: Other Price per person: €20–30

While waiting for our bus, we decided to stop by for a bite to eat, and we’re glad we did. The pizza (or whatever the proper name for it is ) was delicious, with fresh dough and generous toppings. We would especially like to compliment the staff. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which is not always the case in places that serve countless tourists every day. Their kindness made the experience even more enjoyable. We would happily come back. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The shirt says it all .. the food is off the wall. Have found the food in Italy amazing and Bono is one of the best. Large servings certainly hit the spot. Highly recommend this place. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
