We absolutely understand the disappointment, and it’s not the experience we want any guest to have.When the issue was brought to our attention, we offered to remake the meals so we could make it right. We completely respect that you chose not to have them remade, and we removed the meals from your bill.We’ve addressed the issue that caused the food to be overcooked that evening, and we appreciate the feedback. We’re a local, family-owned restaurant, and we genuinely care about the food we serve and the experience our guests have. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
