Im a cabbie, fellow driver and myself carried on a social experiment , we’ve noticed over the weeks the same emlployee making up excuses late at night to not make coffees. Driver 1 shows up at 1am and asks for a flat white - employees says machine is being cleaned and it’ll take ten mins. Fair, driver 1 comes back an hour later and is told the machine is broken. Driver 2 shows up at 1:45am and asks for a cappuccino - machine is being cleaned. We both decide to show up together and ask what’s up with the coffee machine. Employees turns out to be passive aggressive and can’t remember his own lies My bro, i swear I won’t be mad if you’re straight with us and tell us you have no idea on how to make coffee . This franchise is complete trash - they don’t even take bp rewards for fuel rebates and redbull rebates. Tells a lot about how cheap they are
