Very friendly, polite, and welcoming when I paid for my fuel, whilst on crutches. They even gave me dog treats for my 3 dogs in the car. Thankyou for making my day, with a short conversation. Wow! There is still good service and nice people out there. Thankyou.!

I think the people running this site really need to take more pride in the business. The driveway looks neglected and could use a proper clean. The pumps, especially the diesel looks like they haven’t been cleaned in years. It gives a poor impression and makes the whole place feel run down. A little effort in maintenance would go a long way toward improving the customer experience. Update - 1st March 2026, been back past again today and nothing has changed, pump looks exactly the same.

Hi Dean, thank you for your honest feedback and apologies for this experience. With safety as our highest priority, bp takes store cleanliness and hygiene seriously. While many of our retail sites are independently owned and operated, we will contact this store to remind them of the need to ensure store cleanliness standards are upheld in the future.

BP in Busselton is a very friendly place. I think it makes a difference when you're greeted by a friendly face.
