Very disappointing experience. There was absolutely zero customer service, and the staff member (I believe his name was Sid) was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. On top of that, I noticed he scanned his own rewards card instead of mine. When I pointed it out, he casually said it was my mistake for not checking whose card was scanned, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was also sold expired products. This level of negligence and unprofessional behaviour is very concerning. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures this does not happen to other customers.

If I can give negative stars, I would! Very bad experience at the service station where staff gave wrong information about how to collect fuel discount. Insisted I needed to use my rewards points to activate the discount and when the discount still wasn’t applied after that, but my rewards points used, he cancelled the transaction and re-submitted the transaction. When I enquired about the rewards points that had been used, he washed his hands and insisted he had done nothing wrong and its my own fault for using the points (despite it was on his insistence that’s the only way to get the fuel discount - incorrect information.) Refused to even give me his name for a long time when I said that I might need it to provide to the BP customer service line when I narrate the story and says it has nothing to do with him and even gloated that I only received $1 discount instead of the earlier $27 “discount” (my hard earned rewards points being deemed as the discount) in the initial cancelled transaction. And then claimed that I lied and was being disrespectful when I was annoyed at his refusal to assist or take any responsibility for what had transpired (mind you, I had not even used any abusive language or words. Just raised my voice to try to get heard as he kept talking over me when I tried to explain my concerns). Extremely rude, self-righteous and pompous attitude that doesn’t deserve any business from me in the future. Used to be an excellent service station when operated by the previous franchisee until it got sold to the current franchisee. Unless you’re desperately short on fuel, I suggest that you get your fuel elsewhere. Especially if you’re looking to take up any running promotions. This incident clearly shows a lack of knowledge in addition to creating problems that they will subsequently refuse to do anything about. AVOID!
