Less rating is only because of the poor customer service. The man working on the afternoon of 25 May26 was very rude when I asked about the offers. It felt like he just wanted to get rid of me and would only answer with “yes” or “no” without properly explaining anything. Really disappointing experience. Customer service was pathetic and I would not return again.

Absolutely disappointed with the service at BP North Lakes. An employee named Peter told me to open/remove my hoodie when I came in to pay for my fuel, which was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I’ve never been treated like that at a service station before. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel unfairly targeted for no reason. If someone is working in customer service, they should know how to speak to people properly instead of treating customers like suspects. BP seriously needs to review whether this employee is suitable for dealing with the public.

The man mostly working on Friday night, never ever serve the coffee, doesn’t matter what time you go, 9PM, 10PM or even midnight, he is always refusing to serve the coffee, always making excuses, says machine is cleaning, it’ll take another 1 hour, or sometime machine is broken down. And it’s been 7-8 times with me, and only in his shift. I have been there many times, but only the man works on Friday night not serving at all. WORST service of him I have ever seen.
